O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his application, dated 11.10.2023 and pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The Petitioner claims right over 56.50 ares of land in S.No. 43/4A in Govinthamangalam Village, Ranasingamangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District in Old Patta NO.7344 and New Patta No.5389. It is the case of the Petitioner that during UDR updation, portion of the property belonging to the Petitioner was wrongly mutated in favour of one Poomayil, mother of respondents mentioned in his application, dated 11.10.2023. The Petitioner submitted an application before the first respondent, seeking deletion of name of said Poomayil. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 2/5

4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court. She would further submit that the enquiry date is fixed on 10.10.2025 for consideration of the representation of the Petitioner. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the Petitioner, dated 11.10.2023 and pass final orders on its own merits after affording reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner, sixth respondent mentioned in his petition and other legal heirs of the above mentioned Kamatchi, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
