ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2016 and to cancel the power deed dated 02.01.2013, by holding an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act.

2.The case of the petitioner is that one Mathankumar has created a forged power deed in the petitioner's name, without his knowledge. Therefore, he has approached the respondent for appropriate action. 3.This writ petition has been filed in the year 2016. The respondent has not filed any counter affidavit till date.

4.Under such circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.06.2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4

this order, in accordance with law. If the respondent finds any forgery, necessary action has to be initiated under Sections 82 & 83 of the Registration Act. There shall be no order as to costs.
