ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that one Maharajan lodged a complaint as against the petitioner and seven others that they have created forged document of property, which originally belong to one Sudhakaran. Based on the said complaint, they have initiated an enquiry in CSR.No.419 of 2025 and the same is pending.

3.In view of the above, this Court directs that respondent Police to complete the enquiry in CSR.No.419 of 2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and they are not supposed to harass the petitioner. In the event, if the complaint constitutes any 2/4

cognizable offence, the respondent Police shall register a case and the petitioner has to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
