When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of this writ petition, the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2016 was rejected on 17.01.2018 and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. He further submitted that challenging the rejection order, the petitioner filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.5034 of 2018 before this Court and the same is pending.

2. In view of the above said submission, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
