2.Admittedly, the petitioner is an occupation of a water body. The petitioner is not having any revenue record supporting his stand. That is why, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14044 of 2019 on 24.06.2019, the Commissioner, Chinnamanur Municipality has issued the impugned eviction order. Interference with the same is not 2/4

called for. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
