JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The present Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD).No.8968 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023.
2. Though other grounds have been raised by the appellant herein challenging the order passed in the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.8968 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that he is not pressing any of the grounds and that the appellant had preferred an appeal before the first respondent under Section 46(4) of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 against the report of the Food Analysis Laboratory dated 23.11.2022, which may be directed to be disposed of within a time frame.
3. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the first respondent herein to dispose of the appeal filed by the appellant dated 20.01.2023, against the report of the Food Analysis Laboratory dated 23.11.2022, in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Appeal stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
