O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order made in Crl.MP.No.3855 of 2022, dated 17.10.2022 on the file of the learned Principal Session Judge, Theni District. 1/4

2.This learned Principal Session Judge, Theni District, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners, on 17.10.2022 with a condition that the petitioners should appear before the Karur Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are residing at Theni District. But the Karur Town Police Station, is situated far away from their place. The second petitioner is a woman. Hence, they could not comply the condition regularly. But, however, from 23.09.2022 to 16.10.2022, the petitioners have complied the condition without fail. Hence, he come forward with this modification petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police has no serious objections for allowing this petition. 5.Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed in paragraph No.9(a) in Crl.MP.No.3855 of 2022, dated 17.10.2022 on the file of the Principal Session Judge, Theni District, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. In respect of 2/4

other conditions, the order of the learned Principal Session Judge, Theni District, shall remain unaltered.
