2.There are matrimonial proceedings between the petitioner on the one hand and her husband Meenkshi Sundaram. The prayer in this writ petition is that the first respondent must accept the documents filed by the petitioner. When the first respondent is conducting enquiry, before any final order is passed, it would not be appropriate for this Court to pass any interim direction. I am confident that the first respondent will bear the statutory mandate in mind while conducting enquiry. No specific direction is required.
