Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorqarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.C7/02/1208/2014 dated 12.03.2014 as illegal and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to provide employment on compassionate basis to the petitioner in a suitable post in the police department or other government department within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court.
