Respondent / Respondent / Respondent Prayer:- Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal filed under Section 28 of Hindu Marriage Act r/w Section 100 of C.P.C., against the judgment and decree in Additional District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar in HMCMA No,6 of 2021 dated 10.08.2021, confirming the judgment and decree in HMOP No.23 of 2019 on the file of Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai.

DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal came up for hearing on this day, in the presence of Mr.R.Balakrishnan, Advocate for Appellant and Mr.S.Ashok for Mr.K.Anna, Advocate for respondent, the appellant and respondent having settled their disputes and entered into compromise between themselves and their advocates having filed a memo of compromise duly signed by the Appellant and respondent as well as their Advocates and upon perusing the grounds of appeal as well as the judgment and decree of the courts below and the records relating to the case, memo of compromise dated 03.01.2022 the original of which are appended and annexed herewith, this court while recording the said memo of compromise, and allowing the Appeal and doth order and decree as follows :

CMSA(MD). No.61 of 2021

(1) That the Appellant and Respondent be and hereby are mutually decided for divorce to lead a separate peaceful life.

(2) That the Respondent has received her entire belongings including Jewel, Cash and House hold articles on 17.01.2021 and there shall be no arrears whatsoever,

(3) That the Appellant and Respondent shall not object in dissolving the marriage between the appellant and Respondent dated 04.06.2017.

(4) That there be no costs in this Appeal.
