ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition No.5 imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Crl.M.P.No.6766 of 2024, dated 21.09.2024. 2.The trial Court ostensibly to prevent the petitioner from involving in any further offence directed the petitioner to reside at Kanniyakumari District in 1/3

Kalliakavalai Police Station.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a college going student and is a first year MBA student of Mars College of Arts and Science. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner will fall short of attendance and that further considering the fact that the petitioner does not have any other antecedents, I am inclined to accept the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the condition imposed by the trial Court vide order dated 21.09.2024 stands modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 06.30 p.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as when required for interrogation. sd/- 30/09/2024 / TRUE COPY / 01/10/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
