ORDER

The petitioner has availed agricultural loan from the respondent Bank and has filed this writ petition in the year 2016 for a mandamus seeking waiver of the loan, under the Agricultural Debt Waiver and Relief Scheme, 2008.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the respondent Bank submitted that the petitioner has already paid the entire loan amount under the RINN SAMADHAN One Time Settlement Scheme on 30.01.2021 and the loan account was closed and the original title documents were also returned to the petitioner. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the respondent Bank, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
