RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extent the time to surrender and execute the bond before the Judicial Magistrate, Melur as per the order in Crl.OP.(MD).No.12317 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.BAALASUNDHARAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the first petitioner was in Chennai, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.12317 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.11776 of 2021 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 20.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12317 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
