ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 01.08.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that even before the order passed by the first respondent, the fourth respondent filed a suit in O.S.No.104 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai and the same was decreed in favour of the fourth respondent by declaring the subject property in favour of the fourth respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Petition. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
