O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned order, dated 08.01.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was allowed to continue in the said post. Based on the interim order, the petitioner was continuing in the said post. The respondents have allowed the petitioner to continue in the same post. Therefore, nothing servives for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
