ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to forbear the respondents from opening a TASMAC Retail shop with bar at Kannumamoodu Junction, Palugal Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent / TASMAC has produced a communication of the third respondent addressed to him in Na.Ka.No.1793/E/2019, dated 25.07.2019, wherein, it has been specifically mentioned that there is no proposal to open a TASMAC shop at the petition mentioned property, ie., in Kannumamoodu Junction, Palugal Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District.

3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent / TASMAC, on instructions, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition and the same is accordingly, closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
