ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner, challenging the charge memo, dated 11.08.2014, issued by the first respondent.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after retirement of the petitioner, he was issued with the charge memo and challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed. He would further submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was allowed to retire and he was also given all the benefits.
