(MD) No. 17588 of 2021 on the file of the Hon`ble Court in Crime No.879 of 2021 on the file of the respondent.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17588 of 2021 on 19.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.12049 of 2021 No.17588 of 2021 on 19.11.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen(15) days at 10.30 a.m.
