3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC & NDPS Act, Cases, Mahila Court (FAC) Additional District Court (FAC) PCR Court (FAC), Pudukottai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.274 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
