ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition No.1 imposed on 02.12.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.3123 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram.

2.Even though this Court used to not entertain this type of petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of passing the order request has been made by the petitioner to impose the condition to appear before the Inspector of Police, Paramakudi instead of Inspector of Police Ganesh Nagar Police Station, Pudukottai and that request was rejected by the concerned Judge. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner being a woman, she is not able to comply the condition by staying at Pudukottai without a male assistance. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the condition No.1 imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, in Crl.M.P.No.3123 of 2021, dated 02.12.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
