This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner for the land situated in Survey No.123 in Inamkovilpatti of Amayapuram Panchayat, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District by considering his representation dated 22.09.2016.

2.When this writ petition was listed on 14.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed today (16.06.2023) under the caption for orders. Even today(16.06.2023), there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submits that the land in S.No.123 is a Government Poramboke, classified as Kallanguthu and as per the directions of the District Collector, plantations have already been made in that land. Therefore, patta cannot be granted in favour of the 3/6

petitioner in respect of the subject property. He further submits that the petitioner is no more.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16.06.2023 NCC : Yes / No.
