ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to set aside the order in Cr.M.P.No.3341 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025 and extend the time in the bail order granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.478 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner's father is a heart patient, and therefore, the petitioner could not surrender along with the sureties within the time stipulated.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner's father is a heart patient and also considering the difficulty expressed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to set aside the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge.

Accordingly, the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.3341 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025 is set aside and the time granted for complying with the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.478 of 2025 is extended for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
