Heard both sides.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General informs the Court that the order passed by this Court is the subject matter of challenge in W.A(MD)No.2073 of 2023. He further indicates that the Hon'ble Division Bench is proposing to pass a detailed order and that is why the Union of India has also been impleaded.

3.Ms.Geethanjalai, Professor of Phychologist, Madurai Rajaji Hospital, is present in person and informs the Court that, as and when the petitioner approaches them, the certificate as directed by this Court will be issued.
