For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 26.08.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.10927 of 2022, the Contempt Petition is filed.

When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that against the order, dated 26.08.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No. 10927 of 2022, the State preferred W.A(MD).No.1496 of 2022 and the Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay on 05.01.2023.

3. In view of the above, there is no wilful obedience and hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Petition is closed.
