PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in its order, dated 17.07.2025, passed in Crl.A(MD)No.698 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.698 of 2025, dated 17.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly. He further submitted that the investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2025. 2/4

4. Considering the above, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.A(MD) No.698 of 2025, dated 17.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
