The instant writ petition has been filed by a Driver of the respondent transport corporation, challenging an enquiry notice dated 19.09.2024 on the ground that enquiry on the same alleged misconduct has already been completed.

2.The learned standing Counsel appearing for the respondent transport corporation had produced the proceedings of the General Manager(Legal) of the respondent transport corporation to the effect that the enquiry notice impugned in the writ petition has been recalled and they have decided to issue a second show cause notice pursuant to the enquiry report dated 17.07.2017. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed.
