ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 13.10.2016 passed by the second respondent.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has suffered a decree in O.S.No.6 of 2016 on the file of the Additional District Court, Ramanathapuram, which is the subject matter of challenge before this Court in A.S.No.161 of 2021, in which a stay of all further proceedings in the suit has been granted, this writ petition stands dismissed directing the respondents to await the result of the appeal and thereafter, he shall renew his request. 2/4

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
