ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.32 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same in respect of the petitioners as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,04.10.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, is directed to take the same on file, if it is otherwise in order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
