PRAYER :- To relax the conditions imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 11127 of 2025, dt. 02.07.2025 and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.11127 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.11127 of 2025 on 02/07/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition nearly 16 days regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. However, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.11127 of 2025 on 02/07/2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.11127 of 2025 on 02/07/2025 is modified as ''the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, once in a month i.e., on every 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30a.m., until further orders, in case, if the dates mentioned above fall on a holiday, the 2/3
