2.The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner hit the victim, who is the brother of the defacto complainant by his bike. Hence, he sustained injuries and admitted in the hospital. Hence, the complaint. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the originally the FIR was registered in Crime No.193 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC.
