ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11167 of 2021, dated 11.08.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.01.2022, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was also made ready on 05.11.2021 itself and it will be produced before the concerned Court within a short period.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation, case has been closed as "mistake of fact" and final report has also been submitted before the Judicial Magistrate - VI, Madurai on 05.11.2021.
