The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking direction against the respondents, particularly second respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 02.09.2024 seeking leave for her brother Ashok @ Ashok Kutty, S/o. Kottaisamy, life convict No.2567 and detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor had forwarded a copy of the proceedings dated 24.09.2024 passed by the second respondent , Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Palayamkotti in No. 1837/jF.2/2024 and by way of that proceedings the representation of the petitioner had been rejected.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
