This Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant seeking direction against the Respondent/Investigation Officer to complete the 1/4

investigation in Crime No.124 of 2022 within the specified time and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the investigation is in progress and the same will be completed within a period of three months. 3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), is recorded. The Investigation Officer is directed to proceed with the enquiry and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as undertaken by him/her. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
