PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.30 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 12.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Section 11(1), 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.30 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that in a drunken mood, the deceased trespassed into the defacto complainant house and committed sexual harassment on the victim child. Hence, the compliant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that due to the election motive, a false complaint has been foisted as against him. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 12.12.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is yet completed and and if he is released on bail, he would tamper the witnesses and hamper the evidence. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Taking into consideration the allegations and also the fact that the case is in the initial stage of the investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
