The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during pendency of the Writ Petition, the impugned order of transfer has been cancelled by the competent authority.

2. Thus, the cause did not exist and the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
