ORDER

This writ petition is filed for writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to link the petitioners cable TV Vision viz., Sripathi Cable Vision based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2016.

WP(MD)No.21485 of 2016 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submits that this writ petition is filed in the year 2016, at that point of time broadcast was done through analog method and therefore they have to depend upon the private individuals and the broadcast is digitised. Therefore, if the petitioner approaches the respondents with a fresh representation, it shall be considered in accordance with law.

3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 3rd and 4th respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such representation is received, the 3rd and 4th respondents shall consider it and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks therefrom.
