ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to 1/4

direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the respondents 2 to 4, on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 23.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.639 of 2024 came to be registered, that there existed civil dispute between the parties, that the private respondents have entered into appearance at enquiry and stated that they would approach the competent civil Court to sort out their issues and that therefore, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil Court, if so advised.
