Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned Transfer - cum - Posting Orders issued by the 2nd respondent in favour of respondents 3 to 5 in Ref. No. 48906/E2/1/2024 dated 12.08.2024 and in Ref. No. 49256/E2/1/2024 dated 12.08.2024 and in Ref. No. 50679/E2/1/2024 dated 21.08.2024 and Quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to post the petitioner as Assistant in Shengottai Government Hospital, Tenkasi District within a stipulated time may be fixed by this Court. This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned transfer orders dated 12.08.2024 and 21.08.2024, and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to post the petitioner as an 'Assistant' at 2/5

Shengottai Government Hospital, Tenkasi District, within a stipulated time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2024, on its own merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
