Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the respondent in Se.MuraiAanai No.B22/3853/2016, dated 03.05.2018 to cancel the license of the petitioner and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to restore the license and allow to carry on Cable TV operation in the specific area of Chinnamanur for which already permission granted and restore the Registration and Enrollment No.MCO24193.
