ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the false complaint given by the respondents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Balasubramanian, enquiry was conducted and since the petitioner agreed to pay the amount, the same was ordered to be closed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is also one of the victims, that another victim lodged a complaint and on that basis, FIR came to be registered and that the petitioner has also given a complaint before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent and the same is pending. 2/4

4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as the respondents in the petitioner's complaint, conduct enquiry and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
