PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or direction or order in the nature of writ, directing the second respondent to instruct the respondents 3 & 4 to collect the cow milk from the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2015.

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to instruct the respondents 3 & 4 to collect milk from the petitioner, considering his representation dated 08.12.2015. 2.Today(13.02.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submits that based on the direction of the second respondent, now they are collecting milk from the petitioner. 2/4
