ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct proper enquiry pursuant to the CSR No. 466 of 2024, on the file of the second respondent police as expedite as possible.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's complaint came to be registered in CSR No.466 of 2024 and is pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the respondent(s) in the writ petitioner's complaint and conduct enquiry and conclude the CSR within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
