ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the fair and decreetal order passed in E.A.No.605 of 2017 in E.P.No.28 of 2008 in O.S.No.60 of 2007, dated 25.08.2022, by the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, Tenkasi District.

2. When the case was listed on 02.12.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence, the matter was posted on 15.12.2025 under the caption "for dismissal." On 15.12.2025, one Mr.Rajaravindran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Counsel on record for the petitioners sought time and therefore, the matter was posted on 20.01.2026 under the same caption. 2/4

3. Even today, i.e., on 20.01.2026, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
