ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioners' representation, dated 28.07.2024. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is doing real estate business. He developed a layout and obtained NOC from the Panchayat to sell the properties. In the meanwhile, one Sandya, who is the adjacent land owner of the said layout, had obtained approval from the first respondent by creating records with regard to the petitioner's property. Hence, the petitioner had given a representation to the first respondent to cancel the said approval. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

4.Perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition indicates that there is a dispute relating to the real estate business between the petitioner and the said Sandya, who is also stated to be real estate promoter. The petitioner is trying to establish the title by way of filing representation before 2/4

the authorities concerned and by filing this writ petition and the same cannot be entertained.

5.I do not find any merits in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
