This petition is filed to condone the delay of 300 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned Additional Advocate General for the petitioners. Though notice served on the respondent and name is printed in the cause list, none appeared for him.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 300 days, however, on payment of costs.
