ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Additional Public Prosecutor and the intervenor. 2.On perusal of the records it is seen that while passing order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16109 of 2018, dated 29.10.2018 this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to pay a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- to the defacto complainant within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has paid only a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- and the remaining amount should be paid by him.
4.It appears that without complying the said order, the petitioner has filed the second anticipatory bail and hence, it is not at all permissible.
