This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 4 of 2018 dated 06.03.2018 on the file of the first respondent , as against the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the first respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance as C.C. No. 140 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti and the same also ended in acquittal.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
