When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that subsequent to the impugned list, another list has been published in Ref.No.43000/E6/3/2022, dated 28.06.2023. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition and he has also produced the revised CML list.
2.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the revised CML list. 3.In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the revised CML list issued in Reference No.43000/E6/3/2022, dated 28.06.2023, if so 2/4
advised. The mere closure of this Writ Petition will not preclude the petitioner from challenging the revised CML list. There shall be no order as to costs.
