ORDER

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.05 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Trichy to the file of the Sub Court, Nagercoil.

2.Despite service, none appeares for the respondent. 3.The said HMOP has been filed by the respondent/husband seeking divorce under Section 13(1), (ia), (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act. The petitioner is a resident of Susinthram in Nagercoil Taluk, Kanyakumari District. According to her, travel to Trichy would be difficult and she has a school going child, aged about 10 years.

4.Considering the convenience of the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petition in H.M.O.P.No.05 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Trichy, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Nagercoil. The learned Subordinate Judge, Trichy, is directed to transmit the entire records in H.M.O.P.No.05 of 2017 to the Sub Court, Nagercoil. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
