ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to provide free house site patta to him based on his representation dated 20.09.2016.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions submits that the petitioner is owning a land in patta No.43 at Vembarpatti Village and therefore he is not entitled for free house site patta.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
